Amazon Shopping Help

Grow Equipment links take you to Amazon to complete your purchase. Choose a model, size or pack on the product page, then select Buy on Amazon. The link opens in a new tab.

Before you order

Confirm the selected model, dimensions, included components, seller and compatibility on the Amazon listing. Product families can include several models with different specifications.

Current pricing, stock, delivery estimates, taxes and shipping charges are shown on Amazon. Prices displayed here are reference prices and can change.

Delivery, returns and order support

Your Amazon purchase is separate from your Silberhaze merchandise order. Amazon and the listing's seller handle payment, delivery, returns and order support. Find the purchase in your Amazon order history to track it or request help.

Gift cards and discounts

Silberhaze gift cards and store discount codes apply to eligible purchases made through this store. They cannot be redeemed on Amazon.
