Subscriptions
If you subscribe to a product for recurring deliveries:

Cancellations made after a subscription has been billed will apply to the next delivery.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, cancellations may not be guaranteed as the item may be in production or preparing for shipment.

If your pre-ordered item is delayed beyond the estimated shipping window, you may cancel anytime for a full refund.
Scheduled or Delayed Shipments

Orders scheduled for a future ship date may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled shipment.

If the item has already been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
