Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible purchase options to make shopping with us convenient, this includes subscriptions, pre-orders, and other recurring purchases. Please review our cancellation terms below before placing your order.


Subscriptions

If you subscribe to a product for recurring deliveries:

  • You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle.

  • Cancellations made after a subscription has been billed will apply to the next delivery.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be guaranteed as the item may be in production or preparing for shipment.

  • If your pre-ordered item is delayed beyond the estimated shipping window, you may cancel anytime for a full refund.


Scheduled or Delayed Shipments

  • Orders scheduled for a future ship date may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled shipment.

  • If the item has already been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
