Return Policy

We do not accept returns.

You wouldn't want to purchase a returned bathing suit, socks, hats?

Good, because we don't want to sell those.

If you have an issue within 14 days of delivery, items must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unused and unworn

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

  • Customers with approved returns are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale items (marked as such)

  • Perishable goods 

  • Any and all clothing

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@silberhaze.com so we can resolve the issue.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please contact us to begin the return your item for a refund and place a new order.


EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Returned items must be unused, with original packaging and tags, and include proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is approved, send it. When it is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 15% restocking fee.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
